Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and profile information you choose to provide (gender, weight class, country).

Fitness & Performance Data: We collect data about your workouts including repetition counts, form accuracy scores, competition results, and session durations. This data is used solely to power your competitive experience.

Camera & Motion Data: Our AI rep-counting feature accesses your device camera in real-time to detect body pose and count exercise repetitions. We do not store, transmit, or retain any raw camera video footage or images. All pose detection is performed locally on your device using on-device AI models. Only derived numeric data (rep counts, form scores) is saved to our servers.

Location Data: For Road Runners mode, we access your device GPS to track running distance. Location data is used only during active run sessions and is not stored beyond your session summary.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, and app version for bug reporting and performance optimization.

UFITT Competition uses your device's camera to perform real-time pose estimation for exercise rep counting. This is classified as biometric processing in certain jurisdictions.

Key facts about our biometric processing:

• All video processing occurs entirely on your device (on-device AI)
• No video, images, or skeletal data leave your device
• Only aggregated numeric scores (rep count, form accuracy %) are stored on our servers
• You may delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete Account
• Biometric processing stops immediately when you exit the competition screen

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our platform (cloud hosting, payment processing via Stripe, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
• Aggregated Analytics: Non-identifiable, aggregated workout statistics may be used for research or marketing purposes.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of all your personal data at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your profile data, competition history, and associated records are permanently removed within 30 days.

UFITT Competition is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at ifittcompetition@gmail.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability
